For others who have the call to serve God as cross-cultural missionaries but who may not be able to spare 9 – 12 months of their daily work because they need the money to cater to their families, we want God to help them fulfill their desire for training in cross-cultural missions through the institute so that they will be well equipped to move into multi-cultural context whenever the Holy Spirit compels them to move out either as a career or tent-making missionaries.
